Roles and responsibilities

• Supporting in strategic development process with our distributors and international key accounts;
• Continuous expansion in potential market;
• Coordination of marketing activities with our international sales departments; Analysis of data and development of action strategies;
• Participation in strategic marketing development and goal achievement.

Requirements

• Graduated business administration degree or comparable academic training.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially with MS-Excel;
• Work Independent as well as team-based work: Strong communication skills; Conceptual, creative and analytical thinking;
• Excellent skills in Chinese speaking and written; Fluent German and English skills are ideal;
• Familiar with German-Chinese e-commerce platforms. Follow closely with market’s orientation and changes in cross-border e-commerce and to provide the company with a suitable plan fitting market demand in good time.
• Retail experience would be an advantage: High affinity and experience in the topics of cross border e-commerce, platforms and market development are desired.
• Driver's license class B is preferred.
